Before design, I used to work in the care industry where I took part in enriching the lives of seniors and people with developmental disabilities. This piqued my interest in people's stories and passion for making a positive impact.

With that in mind, I wanted to pursue design. I studied graphic design and visual communication at Cal State LA where I honed my skills In brand identity. I also participated in RISD’s Center of Complexity’s Strategic Design program where I did user research on the public transit system.

My professional career brought me into an array of industries including consulting, business aviation, and fintech. Through these experiences, I learned to listen to users to discover pain points through user-centric research, and, through many iterations, build user-friendly procucts and processes.

Outside of design, you can find me exploring local coffee shops, singing my lungs out, or enjoying a good video game!
