My name is John Jason and I live in the San Francisco Bay Area. I got my start studying Graphic Design and Visual Communications at California State University Los Angeles. I also took part in Rhode Island School of Design’s Strategic Design program. When problems arise, I like to dig beyond the surface to see what is causing the problem. Analyzing and interpreting the "why" can help solve the issue.

Before design, I used to work in the care industry where I was working with people with developmental disabilities. My perception of life changed while working with our clients. I began to appreciate what I had rather than worry about what I didn’t, and to smile more. This was further enforced when I worked in senior care. My job allowed me to not only enrich the lives of our seniors but to gain insight from their experiences as well. I discovered that I wanted to enjoy life and help others in the process.

In my spare time, you can find me playing a good video game, enjoying music, and caring for my dog!
